Between the towns of Kleve and Groesbeek one finds an abandoned railway line. Who wants to spend a day in between to enjoy with family and active, travels part of this line by Draisine (Rail Bike). Meanwhile one enjoys the silence and the beautiful views of the hilly landscape around.
The old railway meanders inbetween the hills of Groesbeek, Kranenburg and Kleve. The landscape is varied with scenery and constantly surprising new vistas of the surroundings. Moments of effort are sufficiently alternated with moments of rest: occasionally you whoosh a bit downhill. Draisines come in different sizes: a double handcar, a quad version and a family version with picnic table for up to 10 persons.
